How about celebrating the 50th anniversary of a classic album

Tony Bennett's best known album ever, I left my heart in San Francisco was released 50 years ago this month, and I thought I'd play a track off that classic today. Not the title cut, but one of my favorite uptempo numbers from it. I also have a fun song from the great Dakota Staton and some dynamite jazz from John Coltrane and Lou Donaldson. And if you haven't stopped by the station webpage at www.classicvoices.net, be sure to. I have another vintage video there for you, and news about the live show that I'm going to put together. And don't forget you can always listen from there, like you can on this page. Now, enjoy! Here are the songs I added to the playlist on Wednesday, February 22nd.

Tony Bennett-Rules of the road
John Coltrane-Bob's boys
Lou Donaldson-Candy
